It's all about pancakes(Crêpes Suzette)

History:
The Ancient Greeks created pancakes called (tganits), (tagnits) or (tagnias), all of which come from the word o (tagnon), which means "frying pan."  The 5th-century BC poets Cratinus and Magnes are the first to mention tagenias in their writings.
Pancakes are continental dish which are famous all over the world. Pancakes can be eaten at any time of day or year with a variety of toppings or fillings, but in certain places, they have been associated with specific times and toppings.

Recepie:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. In the center, make a well and pour in the milk, egg, and oil. Blend until completely smooth.
Over medium high heat, lightly oil a griddle or frying pan. Using about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake, pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle. Brown both sides and serve immediately.
